Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, P.C. is a design firm established on the belief that we must treat others in the way that we wish to be treated. We will serve with integrity, provide creative solutions, and have fun in a work environment that encourages creativity and interaction.

 Established in 1987, the firm has built a prestigious reputation for innovative and environmentally sensitive design solutions on a wide variety of public and private projects.
Working with our clients we develop buildings that reflect their desires and personality, aesthetically, but also functionally and fiscally.

While working together at a large architectural firm, Michael Alley and Perry Poyner had the desire to work in a fun, creative, and collaborative environment.

They began their own firm in 1987 and six months later, the third principal, Albert Macchietto, joined the team to form Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture.

Beginning with a variety of projects, the firm soon developed credibility in historic renovation work, as the principals took great pleasure in the preservation of the architecture and history of Downtown Omaha.
