The new Saddle Creek Records, Slowdown music venue and Film Streams are receiving national recognition. On March 16, Film Streams was featured in the New York Times, When Omaha Met Cinema. Slowdown just received the 2008 Esky Award for "Club of the Year" by Esquire magazine. And Saddle Creek Records was also featured in the New York Times in "Omaha's Culture Club".

The development is located in northeast, downtown Omaha, and also includes offices, apartments, a coffee shop, and retail stores.
