Jay Palu


Jay’s career has led him to work on both coasts - in Washington DC and the San Francisco Bay area - prior to returning to his native Nebraska. Currently Jay serves in a leadership role at APMA with project leadership responsibilities that touch work in all primary areas of firm experience. His diverse portfolio includes higher education facilities, housing, hospitality, commercial, and collegiate and civic sports venues. As an advocate of sustainability and green architecture, Jay pursues thoughtful solutions that are environmentally sensitive and strives to incorporate life-cycle energy and operational savings in all of his projects. In recent years, Jay has served as project manager on a multitude of project types, assuring quality control, design team coordination and client satisfaction, throughout the duration of his projects.
