Construction Administration Assistant
Skills
Person should possess organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at any given time.  Specific skills include:
Person’s responsibility is to assist our three Construction Administrators in performing Construction Administration Services.  Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
· Motivated and possess a self-starting attitude
· Ability to work with other individuals
· Knowledge of WORD, EXCEL and ADOBE software programs
· Basic knowledge of the construction industry and the construction process
  • Log in / Log out all shop drawings
  • Review and mark up shop drawings
  • Construct meeting minutes
  • Track Cost Proposals, RFI’s (Request for Information) and Change Orders
  • File and Track GSA (Government Services Administration) work forms
  • Perform Punch Lists and documentation on complete projects
  • Assemble project closeout documents
  • Assist in the development of Cost Estimates
  • Assist architects in specific product research
  • Assist in the writing of specifications (MASTERSPEC and MASTERWORKS)
