I’ve always had a fascination with drawing and architecture. When I was a child I would sit on the steps by the front door of our house and draw all of the houses in our neighborhood in detail. Home computers were new at the time, along with Pong and Atari, so mixing computer graphics and design was natural for me at a very young age.
Respect generates honest behavior. In fact, respect breeds other behaviors such as generosity, devotion, patience, and creativity— all of which the people here have in spades. These values start at the top with the principals and are reflected in each and every employee as well as the designs they produce.

The buildings and spaces we design are very much a type of dynamic artwork, and like art they are an expression of our own perceptions and emotions. As a designer of these spaces, it is imperative that we create an environment that is viscerally pleasing and emotionally uplifting.
