I grew up around construction. Throughout school I had an aptitude for art. However, after high school, I went to business school. Then 20 years later it came to me, and now I’m finally living the dream. Here, I think the mutual respect everyone has for each other allows for new ideas. The result is greater innovation, and a firm that is moving forward as a leader rather than a follower.
