With 30+ employees of varying ages and different places in life, it is inevitable that we all share in each other’s joys and sorrows. That is the meaning of family to me. We have regular staff get-togethers, with family and friends included. And, I love that we celebrate each month’s birthdays and work anniversaries with decadent goodies handmade by our in-house Julie Childs, Laura Alley.

Mrs. Incredible from the Incredibles movie is my Pez character, as she looks somewhat similar to me. And she has super powers, which I envy. As an added touch, I gave her a sweet bicycle to ride to work.
