Growth and opportunity has led Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture to move its office to the main level of the Tip Top Building in the developing North Downtown area. Alley Poyner Macchietto helped to restore this original Ford Model T building, which also features loft apartments, a bar and grill, and convention/catering space. With open work stations and shared center islands, the 10,000 s.f. open layout promotes our collaborative approach. Examples of our design work are within walking distance of the new office: the Film Streams theater, Saddle Creek Records development, Old Mattress Factory Bar and Grill and Creighton University’s Wareham Building renovation. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
