Originally constructed in 1890 as the Mercer Hotel, this Old Market landmark was converted to the Jobbers Canyon Brewpub and Restaurant. Renovating a century old building is always a challenge, even more difficult when a major fire damages the building during construction. Alley Poyner was forced to work quickly, assess the damage and produce new construction documents to continue towards the aggressive opening date in 2006. The three level, 13,147 s.f. facility houses bars, dining areas, a full commercial kitchen and brewery equipment to produce their own brews. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
