Built in 1925, the 82,000 s.f. Scoular Building was renovated in 1988 into the Scoular Company's headquarters, a health club, and ballroom. Receiving an Omaha Landmarks Preservation Award, the project included a new public entry with grand marble staircase, a ballroom with food service facilities, corporate offices, a trading floor, tenant space, and a health club. In 2006 and nearly 20 years after the first renovation, the Scoular Company's offices on 3 floors were renovated to adapt to the technology and business of today. The renovation included a front desk and reception area, executive offices, lounge areas, conference rooms, a trading floor, boardroom, and break room overlooking the trading floor. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
