wareham okeefe creighton Built in 1917, the five-story Wareham building belongs to the Commercial style of Architecture (1890-1920), featuring a flat front and roof, large rectangular windows, and minimal ornamentation. Located in the developing Northeast area of downtown Omaha, the building has been occupied by Marion F. Shafer's printing company, O'Keefe Elevator, and other various businesses. Now owned by Creighton University, the renovated building will provide space for Creighton Medical Associates (CMA) and Public Relations. The project includes executive and staff offices, a media room and library, conference and work rooms, mail room, and breakroom. At 17th and Webster, the project was completed January 2008.
