Warm colors brighten the new facilities for C & R Properties. Side-by-side clinical ambulatory surgery facilities and consolidated offices for the doctors were constructed in an existing office building. The clinical side doubled the administrative and exam space, while the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) provided room for their surgical services to expand. Working with the existing building mechanical systems and providing upgrades for a sterile environment, were challenging aspects of this 9,000 s.f. project. The ASC includes an operating room, procedure room, four recovery rooms, and scope rooms. The Clinic includes 3 proctal rooms, 3 exam rooms, 5 doctors' offices, a clean room and administrative offices. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
