After designing the renovation of the landmark Livestock Exchange Building, Alley Poyner Macchietto completed the final three floors for One World Community Health Center. The 40,000 square feet clinic provides family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, vision, dental and health education to the underserved in Omaha. Complete in September 2005, the clinic includes 42 exam rooms, one eye exam room, a laboratory, dental facility with 12 exam rooms, conference facilities, outreach facility, treatment room, administrative facilities, records storage, and nurses' and doctors' stations.
