Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture was selected to convert this 1920's mixed-use office building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, into a 147-room hotel. After the completion of the renovation in 1995, the hotel was given a four-star rating. The project included complete interior demolition with the exception of historically significant detail, which was restored to its original beauty. The 106,848 s.f. hotel includes 147 sleeping rooms, suites with living areas, full kitchens & sleeping lofts, a restaurant, kitchen, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, conference room, offices, fitness center, and outdoor courtyard. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
