Built in 1925, this 82,000 s.f. building was renovated in 1988 into an office building, health club and ballroom. Based on a fast track schedule, the building study, design and renovation was completed in just one year. Receiving an Omaha Landmarks Preservation Award, the project included a new public entry with grand marble staircase, a ballroom with food service facilities, corporate offices, a trading floor, tenant space, and a health club with indoor pool, running track, courts, and exercise room. In addition the final construction costs were 4% below the original estimate.
