Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture designed the new 12-story, 650,000 s.f. development of condominiums, offices and retail at 80th Street and West Dodge Road. The first phase, to be completed in Spring 2009, includes a 12-story tower made of contemporary glass and concrete, with condos, a clubhouse, outdoor deck, pool, and retail and office space. The second and third phases include two more towers, 12 rowhouses and a parking garage. The condos were designed to "maximize views from every angle", with a balcony for each unit.
