This 40-unit inner-city housing development designed for Omaha Housing Authority, consists of a mix of single family and duplex units. A consistent aesthetic was developed to bring a consistency to the subdivision, and is sympathetic to the surrounding area. Elements such as front porches, door and window trims, and roof pitches, were incorporated to add a feeling of substance to this affordable housing development.
