dundee dinner theater Built around 1915, the Dundee Theater building was part of the Dundee area's first burst of commercial development. Originally designed as a multi-use building with a movie theater, apartments and storage space, the building has been occupied by an auto repair shop, an art gallery, and finally the Dundee Dinner Theater. The historic renovation of the 12,000 s.f. structure features upscale apartments on top and retail tenants on the first floor. The project was completed in fall 2007.
