Alley Poyner Macchietto was commissioned by NuStyle Development to design the renovation of an entire city block of warehouse buildings into the Old Market Lofts. The 305,530 s.f. project included 284 up-scale apartment units utilizing 56 floor plans. A restaurant, grocery store and other shops are located on the street level. The project also involved an indoor parking garage and state-of-the-art security with hallway cameras and security card entry. A six-story atrium with an exquisite waterfall is the centerpiece of this luxury complex, while a roof-top health club, swimming pool and hot tub give a breath-taking view of the city to the residents. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
