The Pinhook Flats consist of approximately 182,000 s.f. of upscale apartment living located within the 80-acre mixed-use Master Plan for the redevelopment of the historic Aksarben site. Designed with a progressive, modern theme, the two buildings proposed include 114 living units, interior structured parking, a business center, club room, fitness room and swimming pool for use by the tenants. This project also provides five 1,100 s.f. retail bays along pedestrian oriented streetscapes.
