In 2003, Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture was selected to provide architectural and engineering services for an Indefinite Quantity contract with the U.S. General Services Administration until 2009. As of September 2007, Alley Poyner Macchietto has worked on over 30 projects for the GSA, including: exterior restoration and elevator modernization for the Robert Denney Federal Building in Lincoln, NE; exterior improvements for the Sioux City Federal Building in Sioux City, IA; staircase replacement for the Roman Hruska Federal Building in Omaha, NE; various tenant improvement projects for the Edward Zorinsky Federal Building in Omaha, NE; and an FBI tenant improvement project in Omaha, NE.
