Alley Poyner Macchietto has completed over 45 projects for Offutt Air Force Base, under three separate Indefinite Delivery Contracts (click below for partial list). The restoration of the historic General's Row involved the repair and replacement of windows, brick, stone and mortar, roofs, porches, garages, gardens, and floors of 27 duplex housing units (interior renovation of 14 buildings). The 20,400 s.f. Law Center project involved the renovation of a three-story, 1940's office building into offices, a library, meeting rooms and support space for the Base Legal Department. The project included a complete reorganization of the space, exposing columns previously buried in walls, and a design that reflects a "state of the art" legal office. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
