The OmahaPark Six Parking Garage designed for the City of Omaha bridges the gap between the old and the new in the Northeast Downtown Redevelopment Master Plan. Between the City's Civic Auditorium and a new banking building, the garage street facade recalls the grand old brick and stone of downtown buildings. At the south side of the five-level, 955-stall garage are two brick stair and elevator towers that anchor the corners of the city block while also offering an identifiable presence for the auditorium patrons. These towers aesthetically tie into the civic auditorium and the Master Plan's urban fabric while also serving as night beacons. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
