The Hope Center located at 20th & Burdette in Omaha strives "To bring 'hope' to urban youth and children leading to personal faith and the fulfillment of their destiny." In their desire to serve more children, the Hope Center was redesigned to meet the recreation, education, refuge and spiritual needs of the children. The first phase involved the addition of the new skating rink and gym, lounge, and snack bar. The second phase includes a renovation of the existing facility into a new educational center, with tutoring rooms, offices, conference room, kitchen, dining area, restrooms, lobby and reception area, and commons space. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
