Reaching their current site's capacity, the congregation purchased over 4 acres on which to build a new worship center. Prominently located on a corner lot in a residential neighborhood, the facility was to become a focal point created by a simple design that was inviting, comfortable and cost effective. The 17,500 s.f. project included a sanctuary to seat 250 (expansion to 400), a chapel, library/parlor, Family Life Center, kitchen, music room, classrooms, youth room, administrative offices, and site parking. In addition, the beautiful stained glass windows from the old building were incorporated into the new sanctuary. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
