Outgrowing their ministry facility, West Hills Presbyterian selected Alley Poyner Macchietto to complete a Master Plan and a significant expansion to the entire facility. Functional issues, including accessibility from various parking areas and floor levels, visibility of the main entry and reorganization of the floor plan, were addressed. The 70,400 s.f. renovation and addition included a welcoming Narthex and Fellowship space, expansion of the Sanctuary, a multi-purpose area and gymnasium, kitchen, Nursery and Child Development Center, classrooms, Youth Ministry area, administrative space, library, and an exterior courtyard. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
