Lied Lodge & Conf. Center
lied lodge and conference center nebraska city An award winning design by Alley Poyner Macchietto, the Lied Conference Center provides meeting and retreat facilities for conferences of up to 400 people while serving as a visitors center. The Center is part of National Arbor Day Foundation's 260 acre Historic Landmark site which Alley Poyner Macchietto master-planned. The Conference Center includes 144 sleeping rooms, high-tech classrooms, a video conferencing room, media room, assembly hall, restaurant, main dining hall, kitchen with banquet facilities, indoor aquatic center, fitness center, administrative offices, an observation deck, and a massive lobby. Alley Poyner Macchietto utilized several sustainable design techniques on the project (click below for details).
