Scott is well versed in both commercial and residential construction. One of his particular areas of focus has been in commercial and residential cost estimating for general contractors. Scott began his career as a craft worker, working as a carpenter. Scott later applied the skills gathered during his years as a carpenter to a new role in construction management working as an estimator and project manager. As a construction administrator, Scott offers a diversified knowledge base that includes a strong preconstruction background within the realms of healthcare facilities, high-end residential remodels and historic renovations.
