A Modern Workplace for Olsson that Establishes and Strengthens Employee Culture
Olsson’s new Omaha headquarters showcases a modern workplace designed to inspire innovation, connection, and growth. APMA partnered with Olsson to deliver a 50,000 SF build-out that supports a dynamic workforce while embodying the company’s people-first approach to engineering and design. Expansive floor plates create adaptable work zones, and daylight floods the interiors through glazing and glass partitions, reinforcing transparency and openness. The design promotes wellness, collaboration, and flexibility for their growing team and evolving industry.

Intent
A warm, durable material palette with timeless wood accents and natural textures grounds the environment in authenticity and comfort. Social spaces, including lounges, collaboration hubs, and an outdoor terrace, encourage spontaneous interaction and foster community within the workplace. The headquarters not only strengthens employee culture but also establishes a bold presence within the Heartwood Preserve development, standing as a physical expression of Olsson’s mission and future vision.
