Welcome to new APMA-ers Adam and Savannah! Adam is the third Adam in our office, but we only have one Savannah…so far. Hop on over to our people page to learn more about them.
APMA was hired by Sojern to design a tenant improvement that allowed consolidation of two different locations while maintaining flexibility for future growth. With 13 locations worldwide, the Omaha office wanted to showcase the city in subtle yet playful ways. A warm but modern reception greets employees and guests with a custom CNC graphic of an oversized map of the city over natural oak paneling. The remainder is an open office environment, with adjacent amenities for multiple departments, including private lounge areas and conference rooms (named after Omaha neighborhoods) of various sizes that serve as a place for collaboration, refuge and restoration.
An expansive break room continues the custom Omaha map graphic, this time in the form of a suspended wood ceiling “trellis” and includes a variety of seating options, including the ability to transform into a large meeting space for the entire staff.
“Omaha was the birthplace for our business and we’re very proud of our roots here. We continue to invest in recruiting talent from Omaha because we’ve had great success.”
