Mike Thompson


With a strong background in construction administration – including a decade of work with federally funded housing rehabilitation and new housing construction – Mike brings a collaborative and creative approach to his work at APMA. His extensive experience with housing projects includes nine years as chief housing inspector. His expertise designing for theatrical, worship and commercial projects makes him a well-rounded architect and artist who is always willing to share his knowledge with emerging talent.

Creativity of all kinds; animation, art, cartooning, automobiles, motorcycles, food, graphics, graffiti, irreverence, humor… Lately I have been binge watching “The Mind of a Chef,” “Chef’s Table” and TED Talks. I find it very interesting to think our work is destroyed if it is no longer useful and a chef’s work must be destroyed to be useful.
