Our Community

Design is about people. We strive to create spaces that unite, inspire, and make communities better and more beautiful. That sense of community is part of our DNA and guides the way we work, live and play.

How We Give Back

Putting our money (and time) where our mouth is. That’s just one way we strive to build connections and improve the community around us. We work with some of the best non-profit organizations in the city, from the Open Door Mission and Siena-Francis House, to the UNION for Contemporary Art and Film Streams. Team members are active with a variety of organizations, and the firm is represented on the boards of several, including Community Bike Shop, Film Streams and the Foodbank of the Heartland.

Giving back is encouraged and it’s not unusual to find employees organizing a team for 24-Hour of Giving or hosting an in-office fundraiser for one of their favorite worthy causes. Our open plan offices at the Tip Top Building in downtown Omaha are ideal for hosting artist receptions and other events open to the community. Our corporate giving focuses on three areas we’re most passionate about:

  • Arts & Culture
  • Wellness
  • Community Betterment
