Welcome to new APMA-ers Adam and Savannah! Adam is the third Adam in our office, but we only have one Savannah…so far. Hop on over to our people page to learn more about them.
With a name and aesthetic inspired by Bauhaus design, the BOS Apartments brought much-needed density to a neighborhood that straddles both industrial and residential elements. The 134-unit apartment building replaced an old warehouse. Adjacent to the main building sit 24 row houses that replaced four single family homes. These thoughtfully designed town homes feature gabled roofs, front porches and landscaping to help them fit in with the surrounding single-family homes. The five-story apartment building features a simple and clean materials palette, heated underground and surface parking, and an outdoor courtyard complete with comfortable seating, shade sails, Tivoli lights, and a custom-designed firepit. Tenant amenities include a gym, business center, and a fully-equipped coffee bar in the “chill space” lobby-level lounge area.
