APMA Neighbor WP Engine officially moved into their new digs today! We are so excited for them to join us here in North Downtown!
Read MoreThis sophisticated mixed-use building was designed to build on the energy and success of the Capitol District development across the street. With 71 upscale one- and two-bedroom units, the six-story building is expected to attract professionals looking to experience the best of the urban lifestyle. Each unit includes a den and over-sized windows that bring the outside in, connecting each apartment with its downtown Omaha surroundings. On the first floor, commercial spaces were included to attract larger, national retailers, as well as smaller, local hospitality tenants.
