Academic and Architectural Excellence
APMA was selected to transform an existing space at Marian into a modern chemistry lab. The design incorporates extensive writable wall surfaces, consolidated storage, and includes multiple technology areas for current needs and future expansion. Marian was so happy with the end result that in 2017 it selected APMA to design an Academic Center addition and a complete renovation of classroom and communal spaces. The 8,000 SF addition, 18,600 SF renovation, and 48,500 SF refresh touched almost every space in the building and included relocating the chapel and providing a new learning commons.

Marian requested an update to its existing kitchen and cafeteria which has remained mostly untouched since it’s original construction. Concepts include a totally new food delivery system that creates a college-like food hall.
