APMA Neighbor WP Engine officially moved into their new digs today! We are so excited for them to join us here in North Downtown!
Read MoreBlackstone Corner is a mixed-use building in the bustling neighborhood just north of the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus. APMA has helped plan and design the vast majority of residential and mixed-use buildings in the district. The team designed a modern yet contextually sensitive building that provides housing, entertainment, and dining options for the active, walkable, residents of this high-energy neighborhood. With 112 units and a Scandinavian-modern aesthetic, the six-story building includes four floors of housing, one level of below-ground parking, and one level of retail that includes a restaurant and a food hall featuring only products by local chefs and makers.
