The Farnam Hotel
Brilliantly Unexpected
When approached to reimagine the Landmark Center into The Farnam Hotel by Marriott, APMA jumped at the opportunity. The challenge was to create a high-end, sophisticated, boutique hotel within an existing 15-story building on the edge of Omaha’s Old Market. Working with The Gettys Group, an international, hospitality-focused design firm, APMA created a more engaging streetscape and entrance, a brand-new ground level lounge and patio, and an unforgettable palette for both. Together they help visitors see a familiar place from a new perspective.

Catalyst Urban Lounge and Terrace is Omaha’s largest outdoor cocktail bar and it overlooks historic Harney St. Accented with gold and gem tone designs, this remarkable space can best be described as a rooftop bar on the ground floor.
