Ghost Donkey
Expanding on a restaurant concept for Flagship Restaurant Group in new markets.
Ghost Donkey combines Mexican hospitality with the vibrancy of the big city. Born in New York City, Flagship Restaurant Group brought Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture in to bring the experience to Phoenix, Omaha, Chicago, and Dallas.

Intent
Originally designed around the mezcal bar, and their muse, the ghost donkey, our work brought this elevated hospitality experience to new markets. From interior design and architecture to tenant improvements and brand touch points, our goal was to create a cohesive experience tailored to each market while deepening their connection to each community.
Building on Flagship Restaurant Group’s recent concept in Omaha, Memoir at the Mercantile District, we wanted both Cham Pang Lanes and Ghost Donkey to compliment the perfect night out.
