Master Planning

APMA’s planning process – from neighborhoods and campuses to individual building plans – always includes strategic analysis and evaluation of how to work around (and in) existing buildings and sites. Our approach to master planning allows for an in-depth assessment of both the challenges and the opportunities presented with an eye toward recommendations that are constructible, durable, and sustainable, and that meet the highest quality design standards.
