Historic

Historic

We’ve transformed abandoned power plants into dynamic apartment buildings, former garages into art galleries and restaurants, and century-old government buildings into hotels and offices. In short: we love a good challenge! APMA is well known for its experience working on historic buildings. Our team is well-versed in navigating the complex funding mechanisms that help make some of these projects a reality. We also know how to work outside those mechanisms, celebrating the unique attributes of these historic structures, while making them functional for the needs of current tenants.
